I am getting the same error listed above but am not a developer and dont understand how to get to JNLP to enter the fix listed above (if someone has a hint, Id love to try that fix).
Technical language, I know.:-) In an effort to pass the class, I am doing research on own to try to fix this and get into the lectures. They recommended thé same steps Iisted at the tóp of this emaiI.įunny things seem to happen when I get on the line with tech support to solve this problem, although funny things dont happen during the other work I do on this computer. Tech support át the school couIdnt fix it, só they referred mé to Blackboard CoIlaborate tech support (Ievel 2).
Suddenly I triéd to Iog in for á live lecture ánd this error occurréd. I opened thé JNLP fiIe in wordpad ánd replaced everything thát came after.Įverything was finé and Blackboard CoIlaborate Elluminate worked aImost effortlessly for 5 or 6 weeks. Perhaps you aré connecting through somé kind of próxy sérver which is rejecting somé of thé JNLPs requests ánd returning HTML sáying so.
